In an effort to not only stay on my keto diet but also keep up with jewish cooking, I wanted to create a keto friendly Hamentashen recipe. This is one of two potential options. This recipe depends on the King Arthur Keto friendly Whole Wheat flour and their Keto alternative sweetener which is Erythritol based.
My family and I used to love the Melting Pot Fondue experience. Our local restaurant has closed, but I wanted to recreate the full meal experience for the family. An additional challenge is that I wanted to do this within a low-carb or keto friendly diet. So I recreated our favorite flavors and menu items.
