More SourghDough…. Sourdough Loaves

Rustic Sourdough Rounds
- 1 cup Ripe Sourdough Starter
- 1.5 cup luke warm water
- 1.5 TSP Yeast
- 2/5 TSP Salt
- 5 Cups Flour King Arthur
Combine all incrediants, kneading to form a smooth dough
Put in an greased bowl and let rise for 90 minutes
Deflate and Devide into 2
Shape into 2 loaves or proof in a proofing bown
, Let proof for 1 hr.
Bak at 425 for 28 minutes or until golden brown
