The hardest part of doing a Keto friendly Fondue is chocolate. I found this recipe and it is awesome. Couldn’t tell that it was much lower in bad sugar than most chocolate.
For dippers I suggest raspberries, blueberries, bananas (limit if on Keto), Brownies (Keto or not), and Keto friendly marshmellows.
Low Carb Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz) Lily's Original Dark Chocolate bars broken into squares (total 6oz)
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbs unsweetened almond milk optional (coconut milk works as well)
- 1 tbs brandy optional
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Add all the ingredients to double boiler or fondue pot

Cook on high for until melted.

Serve immediately.
