When fruit picking season rolls around, its hard to deal with all of the strawberries. This is a simple use that preserves the taste of summer for all year long. Canning the Concentrate lets it store for 6 months or more.
Easy to use, take out a jar of concentrate and add 3x amount of water (1 part concentrate / 3 parts water). Add ice and you have a taste of summer.
