Buffalo Chicken Stromboli

Really Simple Stromboli. Can be as easy as lots of pre-packaged ingredients, or you can make your own pizza dough, use rotisserie chicken and make your own dressings. Either way its a simple appetizer.

Buffalo Chicken Stromboli

Easy, Quick Appetizer (or Frankly Dinner), spicey without being too much.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pizza Dough/Crust Make your own, Fresh from the store, or frozen Pillsbury all work
  • 2 cans white meat chicken or meat from 1 rotisserie chicken (cheaper and better)
  • 1/4 cup Red's Hot Sauce 1 small bottle
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing 1/2 bottle?
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 425

  2. Put Chicken in a bowl and mix in the Hot Sauce

  3. Mix half of each cheese into the bowl with the chicken

  4. Flatten the dough and roll it out to circle or square

  5. Put a layer of Ranch dressing down the middle of the dough

  6. Spread chicken and cheese mixture down middle of dough

  7. Top with remaining cheese

  8. Fold Dough over to cover the middle sections forming a stromboli (left side folds over the the middle, then the right side)

  9. Bake for 30 min on a pizza stone or non stick pan/surface

  10. Serve with Extra Ranch
