Waffle Cones

A Quick Waffle Cone Recipie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Flour White or bread flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs or just egg whites if you have them
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • vanilla optional to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs and sugar for 1 minute

  2. Add Flour, Salt, butter and milk and stir till smooth

  3. Put 1/4 cup of batter or 2 tbsp of batter on iron when its hot

  4. Cook for 2 minutes

  5. Remove and use cone shape or bowl shape immediately to shape

  6. Optional dip in melted chocolate and use sprinkes etc.
