Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ripe Sourdough Starter
  • 1.5 cup luke warm water
  • 1.5 TSP Yeast
  • 2/5 TSP Salt
  • 5 Cups Flour King Arthur

Instructions

  1. Combine all incrediants, kneading to form a smooth dough

  2. Put in an greased bowl and let rise for 90 minutes

  3. Deflate and Devide into 2

  4. Shape into 2 loaves or proof in a proofing bown

  5. ,  Let proof for 1 hr.

  6. Bak at 425 for 28 minutes or until golden brown
