Broccoli Cups - Simple Healthy Appetizer

  • 2 packages frozen chopped broccoi Fresh chopped will work as well, About 4 cups.
  • 2 TBSP garlic salt
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs Could use Quinoa as a even healthier replacement
  • 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Steam Broccoli in either Microwave or Steamer. Cool.
  2. In a glass bowl, mix broccoli, egg, breadcrumbs, and cheese with you hands until well mixed.
  3. Season with 2 pinches of sale and 2 pinches of pepper. Slowly add garlic salt until the mixture has a nice spiced taste.
  4. Grease a cupcake pan and fill cupcake cups with mixture
  5. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Let cook in pan for 10 minutes, take out and serve warm.
