Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp Ground pepper
  • 6 sausage patties
  • 6 slices cheese American or cheddar

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, basil, pepper together

  3. Pour egg mixture into muffin tops

  4. Bake for 12-15 min until egg solidifies

  5. Take out and make a sandwich using sausage and cheese slices
