Melting Pot Green Goodess Dip

Our family favorite protein dip for fondue

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese cut into slices
  • 2 TBSP milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 2 Tbsp finely sliced chives

Instructions

  1. Soften Cream Cheese until smooth. Mix in milk and whisk until smooth. You can use the microwave for 15 seconds a clip to help melt everything together if necessary.

  2. Stir in sour cream, onion, parsley and chives. Refrigerate until cold.
