Sourdough Rolls

Servings 8 rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Fed Sourdough Starter
  • 3.5 cup Bread Flour High Gluten Flour
  • 2 TBSP Non-Diastic Malt Powder optional
  • 2 TSP Salt
  • 1.15 cup warm water a little more or a little less
  • 1 TSP yeast

Instructions

  1. Combine All dough ingredients and mix.  Should be a tacky, elastic dough

  2. Cover and lest rest 90 min

  3. Deflate and divide into 8 pieces

  4. Form into balls using the bread kneading method

  5. Bake at 450 for 30 min (with humidity) or until golden brown
